Gabby was born in South Africa but moved to Zimbabwe (Rhodesia as it was called then) at an early age, and was educated and worked there for a few years, before returning to South Africa. She met her husband and married, living in Cape Town and Johannesburg, which has been home for many years. Gabby and Norman have three children who have all left home.
In 1986 Gabby’s father was diagnosed with cancer and she was drawn to working on his body intuitively. This was the start of her healing career. First came a Diploma in Reflexology and later, after hosts of diplomas in complimentary health, she found her passion: “Specialised Kinesiology.” This she has studied and practiced since 1991. She sees private clients and in 2006 started the S.A. Professional Kinesiology Practitioner College and teaches on a regular basis.
She has funded the entire prison project, including student work manuals, certificates for graduates and the printing of this book without any financial assistance or remuneration.
To see this book in the hands of every incarcerated person in the world. She seeks both financial sponsorship and logistical assistance to make this happen. (Please help by buying a book). To take the lessons and Kinesiology techniques to schools (where most of the problems start). To train facilitators to take this course into disadvantaged communities.
